What to Include
The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your bid will be. Here's what helps us quote your project correctly:
Traffic Control Plan (TCP)
If your project requires a TCP, attach or describe the plan. We can work from engineer-stamped plans or help you determine what's needed.
Project Timeline
Start date, end date, and any phasing. Multi-phase projects may require equipment repositioning — knowing the schedule helps us plan logistics.
Scope of Work
What type of work is being performed? Road paving, utility work, lane closures, full road closures, pedestrian detours? The more specific, the better.
Location & Road Classification
Street address or GPS coordinates, and whether the road is a local street, arterial, or highway. Speed limits and AADT (if known) are helpful.
Equipment Needs
If you know what you need — Type III barricades, arrow boards, message boards, cones, flaggers — list it. If you're unsure, describe the job and we'll recommend.
